An excellent opportunity to join a well-established international firm as a Office Manager in Brussels. This role is ideal for a senior office professional who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and being the go-to person for all things office‑related. You’ll be working across 5 days (Monday–Friday) in a fully office‑based position. They are offering up to 40k euros per year with some great benefits!
KEY DUTIES:
Overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the office, ensuring a smooth and professional working environment
Managing office budgets, suppliers, service contracts, and facilities
Acting as the main point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and building management
Supporting HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and maintaining employee records
Coordinating internal meetings, office events, and occasional travel arrangements
Ensuring all health & safety, security, and operational policies are up to date and followed
Providing high-level administrative support to the leadership team
WHO YOU ARE:
3+ years' experience in an Office Manager, Operations, or Facilities role
Highly organised, dependable, and confident managing a busy office environment
Strong problem‑solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable managing budgets, negotiating with suppliers, and streamlining operations
Fluent in English and French
Tech‑savvy and confident with Microsoft Office and office management systems
Self‑motivated and able to work independently while supporting a wider team
