Position Description The Inventory Control Auditor will lead our cycle‑counting program at our growing plant in Grenada, Wisconsin, which manufactures chillers for data centers. This role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor/Warehouse Manager and supports the MP&L Department.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking goods and supplies, managing material movements, and performing quality audits in SAP.

Configure and apply ABC classifications correctly for all purchased chiller parts.

Manage the day‑to‑day cycle‑counting program, reviewing daily counts for accuracy and initiating recounts when counts fall outside acceptable ranges.

Analyze root causes of inventory loss/gain, document monthly cycle‑count reports, and summarize findings for approval per financial thresholds.

Maintain cycle‑count files for the required period as defined by the Chiller Department and ensure cycles are entered on time.

Collaborate with all departments to resolve inventory discrepancies quickly.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Skills Required to Excel

Proficiency with inventory management software and the ability to update counts and compile reports, e.g., spreadsheets.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability.

Physical strength, stamina, and dexterity required for routine warehouse tasks.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Other Duties as Assigned

Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Education & Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent GED; prior experience may be considered as an equivalency.

Willingness to work across all shifts as needed and at multiple Modine sites or local suppliers.

Demonstrated ability to learn and use various computer applications such as SAP, Excel, WMS, and Outlook.

Excellent judgment, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to workplace safety.
