PROGRAM ASSISTANT, SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (SCM) , Center for Transportation & Logistics, will support admissions and academic services; maintain admissions database and communications; coordinate webinars, prospective student visits, and fellowship administration; assist with student onboarding and academic recordkeeping; update student resources and program websites; attend meetings and track action items; coordinate academic events such as orientations, luncheons, capstone presentations, and guest speakers; manage logistics including catering, budgets, and event materials; and support Supply Chain Management Program (SCM) staff, faculty, and student initiatives.

REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of three years of administrative, office, or related experience; strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple tasks, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office; attention to detail and discretion with confidential information; and flexibility to support occasional evening/weekend events or travel. PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree; experience with MIT systems (e.g., Slate, Buy2Pay, Concur); familiarity with Google Drive, Excel, and PowerPoint; and experience in higher education.
