Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager and keep projects under budget.

Act as liaison among general contractor, general manager, and superintendents.

Generate progress reports and communicate findings to the Project Manager.

Process change orders and bill for all work performed.

Assist with material ordering, delivery, and managing schedule impacts.

Evaluate contractual scope before project start.

Run profitability and timeline reports to ensure targets are met.

Build strong relationships with team members and contractors to promote a win‑win environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, architecture, or associate degree with equivalent experience.

0–3 years of direct project experience in the construction industry.

Knowledge of mechanical systems and their integration.

Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Spitfire.

Familiarity with financial accounting systems.

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Writer, Visio).

Valid driver’s license.

PMP, USACE CQM‑C, and OSHA 30 certifications preferred.
