Position Overview As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end execution of power supply and power electronics projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, timelines, and budgets. This position requires a dynamic professional with expertise in project management, cross-functional coordination, and risk mitigation to drive the success of our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, from concept to commercialization, while managing scope, schedule, and resources.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales, to develop and implement customer‑focused solutions.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for strategic OEM accounts to ensure on‑time, high‑quality outcomes that meet revenue and performance targets.
Develop and execute detailed project plans, including risk assessments, milestone tracking, and contingency strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions; conduct post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the power electronics, hardware, or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of power supply markets and supply chain dynamics, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to support client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Highly motivated, detail‑oriented self‑starter with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Bilingual proficiency (English and Mandarin) is required.
Must be able and willing to hold meetings with the Asia team and the customer in different timezones.
Must have legal status to work in the US.
