Customer Service Specialist Join TEKsystems as a Customer Service Specialist. The role is a contract‑to‑hire position located in Hendersonville, NC. You will assist walk‑in patients and answer calls related to durable medical equipment orders.

Responsibilities

Assist 10–15 walk‑in patients per day.

Answer up to 20–30 incoming calls daily from patients or providers regarding upcoming orders.

Provide order status updates and use online patient ordering forums and patient database.

Electronic faxing and communication with doctors’ offices and hospitals about durable medical equipment.

Provide minimal medical equipment to walk‑in patients from the facility.

Skills Administration support, customer service, front desk, administrative, Microsoft Office, health care, MS Teams, Zoom, data entry, receptionist, medical, order processing, call center.

Job Type & Location Contract to hire, Hendersonville, NC.

Pay & Benefits The pay range is $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Benefits for this temporary role may include:
