The Tree Trimming & Removal Supervisor will manage a team of tree care professionals, ensuring safe and efficient execution of pruning, removal, and maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a crew of arborists and ground workers as the Tree Trimming & Removal Supervisor.
Perform tree pruning, removal, cabling, and bracing.
Operate and maintain tree care equipment including chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Communicate with clients regarding tree health, services, and recommendations.
Train crew members and promote professional development.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Tree Trimming & Removal Supervisor in a similar leadership role.
Knowledge of tree biology, pruning techniques, and safety protocols.
Ability to operate tree care equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
ISA Certification is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
