The Role - Your Passion
You drive automation vision by designing and optimizing scalable workflows that reduce manual effort, streamline operations, and support overall business efficiency.
Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, data, and other key stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate implementation, and deliver seamless automated solutions that work reliably in production.
Analyze existing processes end‑to‑end, staying current with low‑code/no‑code tools, emerging automation capabilities, and API integration trends to continuously improve operational effectiveness.
You monitor workflow performance, use execution data and stakeholder feedback to identify bottlenecks, and iterate on logic to improve reliability, system uptime, and overall process speed.
Maintain strong standards for logic stability, robust error handling, documentation, and quality assurance to ensure fault‑tolerant, secure, and high‑quality automation across business functions.
What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us
You have a genuine passion for process optimization, removing manual friction, and building efficient automated ecosystems.
5+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner with a proven track record of improving operations through better processes and workflow automation.
Skilled in managing projects in agile environments with a focus on value‑driven delivery.
Experience designing and scaling complex workflows on automation platforms such as n8n, Make (formerly Integromat), or similar automation tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain technical logic and process flows to non‑technical stakeholders.
Hands‑on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Metabase, and Figma for analysis and process mapping, plus practical experience working within scrum methodology.
