Role Purpose The Warehouse Team Leader will support 24/7 operations, working closely with supply chain and operations supervisors to ensure consistent leadership across shifts. The position has shared responsibility for inventory management, shipping and receiving, warehouse optimization, and cutting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify inefficient operations and implement improvements.

Utilize capacity models to develop staffing and processing plans.

Identify process bottlenecks, manage resources to improve.

Investigate and implement corrective actions.

Proactively solve current and potential safety concerns.

Implement procedures to meet ISO standards.

Adjust staffing and machine assignments to optimize material flow; manage employee time and attendance for payroll.

Encourage open communication, involve employees as partners.

Ensure safe workplace and report unsafe conditions.

Lead process and procedure changes.

Provide job‑related training and education.

Experiences / Education – Required

Bachelor’s degree or 7 years of leadership experience in an operations environment

Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience

Leadership facilitation of continuous process improvement meetings

Direction of employees at all levels for semi‑complex to complex projects

Cross‑functional team collaboration

Experiences / Education – Desired

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business

Effective use of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word

SAP experience

Compensation Range $75,761.00–$104,172.00 (full‑time)
