Compensation $19.00 / hour, $20.00 / hour after one year of benefit eligible employment.
Schedule Sunday 8am-4pm, Wednesday 12pm-8pm, Friday 12pm-8pm, Saturday 8am-8pm.
About the Role We are looking for compassionate individuals to serve as an IS Counselor providing premier services to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. The role includes implementing individualized programs as specified in Individual Service Plans, ensuring health and welfare, cleanliness and safety, and supporting daily living.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual community outings.
Encourage rapport with local resources.
Instruct and assist with meal preparation.
Assist with activities of daily living.
Assist with housekeeping activities.
Attend medical appointments.
Administer medication, documentation, or monitor medical health.
Assist with financial management.
Ensure home safety.

Baseball Game
Bowling
Qualifications
Compassionate person with strong interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
Qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
Valid driver’s license.
Interest in CNA, PCA, and HHA type work is encouraged.
Students in Human Services, Psychology, or Sociology encouraged.
