Altis Grand Lake Willis seeks a Property Manager with lease‑up experience to guide their team and ensure the community runs smoothly. Benefits

Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff Manage the community’s revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met Maintain accurate resident records; post all rent, deposits and fees and handle all A/P functions Follow all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents Complete building inspections and take appropriate action to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet standards Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure residents’ requests are completed Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express concerns and assist with resolution Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with a high attention to detail Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus 2+ years of multi‑family property management experience Lease‑up experience required Bilingual required Valid driver’s license required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Industry software experience (YARDI, E‑Site, etc.) Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends Legal authorization to work in the United States RAM Partners, LLC is an equal‑opportunity employer, and we’re proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
