Warranty Operations Manager – Material Handling

Responsibilities
Lead the full warranty process—from claim intake to resolution—while ensuring policy compliance and accurate financial tracking
Analyze warranty data to spot trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities for products and processes
Collaborate across engineering, quality, customer service, and external partners to resolve recurring issues and strengthen product reliability
Develop and manage warranty policies, documentation, reporting, and training for internal teams and external partners
Provide strong team leadership by coaching staff, setting recovery goals, and building dashboards and metrics to drive performance
Qualifications
3+ years of hands‑on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repair experience in forklift, automotive, or field service roles
A&P or ASE certifications preferred for stronger technical credibility
Experience with robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced tech platforms is a major advantage
Background in material‑handling equipment or similar industries strongly preferred
Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
