Base Pay Range $29.00/hr - $37.00/hr (HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $29.81-37.50/hr depending on experience and market data)

What You Will Do Under direct supervision of the Pod Team Manager (Customer Service Dispatch Supervisor), you will receive and schedule customer calls for service, manage the schedule of assigned technicians and mechanics, ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance, and coordinate with billing and support teams to progress completed jobs through the business process.

How You Will Do It

Receive customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service.

Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with the appropriate customer and service need.

Communicate the action plan and services to be provided directly to the customer.

Ensure work has been performed to the customer’s expectations and perform follow‑up with the customer, as needed.

Answer any customer inquiries and resolve or escalade customer issues, as appropriate.

Debrief activities daily.

Ensure technicians are provided daily schedules and maintain consistent communication.

Follow up on activities to ensure completion within an established timeframe.

Maintain up‑to‑date customer account information in NxGen.

Schedule service visits on time.

Support parts ordering/PO creation.

Provide start‑up support.

Confirm customer POs.

Manage WIP.

Create auto SR quotes.

Reconcile exceptions (SIR and AP).

Attend weekly planning/scheduling meetings.

Participate in service + rewards initiatives.

Assist with monitoring time and expense reporting submissions.

Review and correct unassociated time for technicians’ timesheets.

Perform other duties and administrative activities as assigned.

Required

High school diploma or equivalent.

Two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or scheduling.

Ability to perform work independently with strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.

Ability to handle a large, diverse number of projects, tasks, and issues with tact and persistence.

Ability to prioritize work based on financial impact to business goals.

Ability to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals.

Prior dispatch experience.

Role is onsite, located in the branch.

Preferred

Associate’s degree preferred.

Experience with basic project accounting or costing principals.
