Responsibilities

Lead business office operations of the community.

Attract, engage, develop, and retain community associates to provide high quality care while minimizing premium labor use with the HR department.

Support the Executive Director in driving profitable growth and ensuring compliance with operational processes and regulatory requirements.

Maintain effective communication with associates, residents, families, vendors, and visitors.

Ensure residents are properly billed for services and lead timely collection of receivables.

Oversee payroll process so associates are paid correctly.

Ensure vendor invoices are appropriately billed and processed for payment on time.

Support an inclusive community culture.

Qualifications

Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school, or additional years of experience may substitute for education on a year‑for‑year basis.

Minimum of three years related experience and/or training.

Previous managerial and office setting experience preferred.

Ability to supervise other departments as needed.

Regular salary will be determined by skills and experience; role eligible for team‑based bonuses.

Brookdale offers fee assistance for naturalization (Form N-400) up to $725 for qualified associates with at least one year of employment.
