Quality Assurance Specialist, Member Services (Remote – Southern California)
We are seeking a
Quality Assurance Specialist, Member Services
to support quality, compliance, and performance excellence across member coordination and Enhanced Care Management (ECM) operations. This role plays a key part in auditing workflows, strengthening documentation standards, and driving continuous improvement across member-facing teams.
This is a
fully remote position
for candidates who
reside in Southern California .
What You’ll Do:
Conduct quality audits of member coordination and ECM workflows, documentation, and outreach activities
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal SOPs, and program requirements
Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and reporting
Provide feedback, coaching, and training support to improve quality and consistency
Partner cross-functionally with operations, compliance, and leadership to support process improvements
Support audit readiness and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required (healthcare administration, public health, social work, or related field)
2+ years of experience in healthcare quality assurance, compliance, care coordination, or auditing
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and documentation abilities
Experience working with CRM/EMR systems and healthcare workflows
Familiarity with Medi-Cal, ECM, CalAIM, or managed care programs is a plus
Fully remote
(must reside in
Southern California )
Pay:
$30–$33/hour
Must have a strong wifi connection at home (225 Mbps download/25 Mbps upload)
