Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing patient concerns and educating patients on treatment options, verifying insurance, and collecting payment
Regularly review business results, profit and loss management, and create strategies and plans to improve business performance
Collaborate with providers and office staff to ensure priorities and work assignments are communicated regularly
Lead strategic local marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and new patient growth
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions

Qualifications
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of leadership/management experience, dental experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience
Proven leadership abilities, relationship building skills, and team motivation
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
