This role is located in

Rochester, MN

at the Southeast Regional Crisis Center (SERCC). It is a full‑time or part‑time position where you will support the therapeutic treatment plan of clients, providing guidance, assistance, and direction for their daily living and scheduled activities.

Schedule & Pay

1st shift, 7am-3:30pm, rotating weekends

$19.00 per hour

Part time, 20 hours per week or Full time, 40 hours per week

Onsite in Rochester, MN

Responsibilities

Provide mentorship and supervision of client daily activities and behavior per guidelines.

Team collaborate on implementation of treatment plans and therapeutic services.

Demonstrate acceptance and respect for diversity.

Ensure client safety and maintain positive, respectful, clean and therapeutic environment. \ Plan and participate in client activities.

Remain cognizant of client phases, privileges, restrictions and adapt interactions.

Ensure compliance with all safety policies during living areas, buildings, campus grounds and off‑campus activities.

Work effectively with clients’ families/support networks to reinforce partnerships.

Maintain appropriate boundaries in all interactions and contact.

Recognize and value cultural differences.

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.

Minimum 21 years of age.

Valid Driver’s License that meets state and corporate driving requirements.

Ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals or communities and understand their unique needs and challenges.

Open to meeting the cultural needs of individuals or communities, considering factors such as language, traditions, and values.
