DONATION PROCESSING ASSOCIATE – HABERSHAM LOCATION
Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking a Donation Processing Associate to perform various warehouse tasks related to sorting, grading, and handling donated goods. This role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace while supporting our mission to serve the community. Base Pay
$13.00/hr – $13.00/hr Benefits

Sorting Donations: Presort into textiles, hardline goods, trash. Textile Handling: Grade, hang, tag textiles per standards. Material Movement: Transport materials between workstations. Receiving Donations: Assist donors with unloading and carrying. Donation Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate daily records. Seasonal Item Packaging: Pack seasonal items and label containers. Store Shipment Support: Fulfill store shipment needs, paperwork. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep areas clean & organized. Customer Interaction: Professional courtesy with customers, donors, team. Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures, wear required gear. Production Standards: Meet store production goals set by leadership. Additional Duties: Complete other assignments as needed. Qualifications
High School diploma or GED; or equivalent experience. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to assess donated goods quickly. Functional reading and writing skills. Good color vision for sorting and grading. Capable of using hand truck and performing physically demanding tasks. Flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, holidays. Lift & carry 40–60 pounds, push/pull up to 100 pounds. Stand for long periods; bend, kneel, reach, stoop, squat, push. Work in warehouse environment with varying temperatures; hot, cold, dusty.
