As a Warehouse Technician, you will support both office-based and on-site operations, playing a pivotal role in our service provision for the ever-developing technology sector in sports. Your responsibilities will span from inventory management to hardware builds, hardware support, and logistics. Expect a diverse workload, ranging from daily operational tasks to occasional but regular duties, all aligned with the dynamic needs of our business cycle. Warehouse Operations

Cleanliness and Function

Help check out workstations Ensure stations are clean and functional Maintain a functioning and clean work area for daily use:

Meeting rooms Warehouse Shelving Freight Area

Hardware

Warehouse Goods In

When a delivery comes in, ensure it is updated in ClickUp, posted to the relevant Slack channel and/or stored in an appropriate location at the warehouse, and inventoried if necessary

Warehouse Goods Out

Fulfil shipment requests made via ClickUp and otherwise by gathering the requested hardware, configuring it if necessary, and ensuring it gets picked up by FedEx Follow individual processes for critical hardware shipped:

Servers

Installing the correct hardware Testing server for functionality

Modules

Back‑focusing/IPing

Troubleshooting Kits Calibration Kits

Update the Slack and ClickUp workflows with progress

Inventory

Maintain a system of inventory by consistently updating the Critical Items Inventory Sheet

Update the sheet when items are taken/brought back Add notes to equipment in the inventory system Provide Inventory information to the Hardware Team based on current stock levels Consistently audit the critical items inventory for accuracy

RMA of broken hardware

Build and follow processes for testing “RMA” hardware to either determine the root issue, fix the issue, or set aside to be shipped to the supplier Follow processes and communicate with suppliers to get broken hardware fixed

ASUS Server Testing SuperMicro Server Testing Birger control testing Emergent Module Stress Testing SFP Testing Etc.

Communicate with HQA on root causes in ClickUp and update the Critical Items Inventory Sheet with RMA notes

Rental Kits Checkout/Tracking

Follow processes to track “rental” hardware (DSLRs, Spares Kits, Calibration Kits, PPE) Maintain the quality and cleanliness of rental kits and ensure that the proper practices are followed Ensure stock levels are maintained to fulfil installation and maintenance needs, and report to the Hardware Lead if procurement is needed

Kit Builds

Build kits assigned by the Builds and Warehouse Lead using the provided kit list

SMART BR Tracking Baseball POC Tracking NBA

Track the progress of kit packing in ClickUp and in the Builds Master sheet QA/QC kits before shipment to ensure quality Coordinate any additional personnel in the warehouse to build kits in a specified time frame Prepare the completed kit for shipment by palletizing it and securing the hardware

Qualifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills Some experience with Click‑Up / Google Suite Ability to achieve deadlines Ability to identify and organize priorities self‑sufficiently The ability to multitask, think analytically, and problem‑solve Must demonstrate a diligent & organized approach to resolving technical issues and supplying clear solutions Responsibility for their own workload and upholding standards Competent in the use of all tooling and takes responsibility for the H&S and those around them Prepared to spend 7 days on‑site per year to ensure that the Operational Team adhere to hardware processes and procedures and suggests improvements where possible. This may include operational support under rare, business‑critical circumstances Flexibility to work outside of usual office hours Perform any reasonable requests made by your line manager on an ad‑hoc basis Application & Hiring Process
