F&I Manager The Finance and Insurance Manager involves working closely with customers to provide financing options, managing relationships with banks and vendors, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
Actively engage with customers to understand their financing needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their purchasing experience.
Drive sales through customer satisfaction while ensuring all transactions comply with state and federal regulations. Maintain a keen attention to detail in paperwork and documentation.
Oversee the processing of financial transactions, including bank funding, title work, and cash management. Negotiate financing terms with banks to secure the best rates for customers.
Foster and maintain strong partnerships with financial institutions, vendors, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive offerings.
Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and contribute to achieving dealership sales goals. Provide training and guidance to staff on financing processes and compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of paperwork, including contracts, title transfers, and other financial documents. Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Reporting Structure Reports to Sales Manager
Ideal Skills & Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales or finance.
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Proven ability in customer engagement and relationship management.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Pay Range & Benefits The anticipated base salary range for this role is $54,000–$72,000 per year, plus commission. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.
This position is also eligible for:
Commission-based incentive compensation
Cell phone stipend
