The Manager, Senior Data/Business Analyst, Complete Access role focuses on data storytelling, business alignment, and insights delivery within the Complete Access function.
Purpose Lead a team of data analysts to enhance analytical capabilities, support data‑driven decision making, and drive operational improvements across AbbVie.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of data analysts, including hiring, performance coaching, and professional development.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with business partners to deliver data‑driven insights and business outcomes.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support strategy, operations, and key performance indicators.
Lead end‑to‑end data analytics projects, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Monitor and track KPI performance, providing insights to drive operational improvements.
Mentor and review analytics work of data analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, life science, pharmacy, engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics service center, or technical analytics in a regulated industry.
2+ years of managerial or project management experience.
Experience driving key process improvement initiatives based on data‑driven insights and KPI performance.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodology certification or experience preferred.
Regulatory, compliance, or information security experience desired.
