Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Job Overview Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure that clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
