Land Survey Project Manager
to join our industry-leading team working on premier infrastructure projects across Arizona. As our
Land Survey Project Manager , you will be responsible for staff management and project oversight across various areas, including Transportation Design, Right of Way Engineering and Mapping, design surveys, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Mapping, Boundary Resolution, Records of Survey, Legal Description preparation, and GPS Control Surveys. Responsibilities also include budget management, department and project meetings, and project correspondence.
Responsibility Highlights for our Land Survey Project Manager
Provide project management, technical oversight
Prepare scopes of work with associated fees and schedules, negotiate contracts including additional services, prepare presentations, proposals, respond to RFP's and RFQ's, and assist with recruiting, retention, and interviews
Use your knowledge of land surveying/mapping to support the technical work of other surveyors, CAD drafters, and sub-consultants
Provide mentorship and guidance to staff members, fostering their professional growth
Cultivate and sustain industry client relationships within the Southern Arizona market
Minimum Qualifications to be our Land Survey Project Manager
Licensed Land Surveyor in Arizona
5+ years of progressively responsible Land Survey & Mapping experience in transportation
3+ years of experience in Project Management
Proficient in industry standard software and management tools such as: AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, Microsoft Office, Teams
Familiarity with state and county mapping requirements

A competitive salary! The expected range for this position is $85K - $110K/salary depending on experience. Compensation may be adjusted for well qualified candidates.
