Overview
LHH is seeking a proactive, detail-driven paralegal with at least three (3) years of experience in Florida civil litigation. The ideal candidate has a strong command of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and is experienced in e-filing, case management, discovery, and providing comprehensive litigation support from case inception through trial. Responsibilities
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and trial materials. Manage case calendars, deadlines, hearings, and scheduling. Assist with deposition preparation, document production, and assembly of trial binders. Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date case files. Coordinate with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel. Qualifications
Five or more years of Florida civil litigation paralegal experience. Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures, e-filing, and service rules. Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume caseload. Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with NetDocuments or TABS is a plus. Competitive compensation.
