The Services Technical Project Manager IV- Flex leads large, complex projects from planning through delivery, ensuring results are achieved on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. This role manages risk, dependencies, and resources across multiple teams while driving backlog planning, estimation, and scheduling discipline. The STPM IV mentors junior project managers, strengthens delivery practices, and resolves escalated issues. Operating with executive and client‑facing visibility, the STPM IV represents delivery in senior forums and technical discussions, credibly explaining system architectures, data dependencies, and product impacts to build confidence and ensure predictable, high‑quality outcomes. Areas of Expertise & Special Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 8+ years of technical project or program management, including 4+ years leading client‑facing software delivery. Core Skills and Competencies
Proven success managing large, cross‑functional software delivery programs. Strong financial management skills, including, variance tracking, and budget control.
