Where You'll Make a Difference
Evaluate products using specified sensory methods and determine acceptability
Manage, prepare, and administer structured customer‑specific sensory programs
Communicate results and collaborate with the Creative team
Recommend process improvements and lead research efforts supporting Quality and Creative groups
Maintain retain and Gold Standard libraries
Conduct sensory evaluation of raw materials and intermediate/finished flavors
Perform analytical testing as needed
Communicate with customers regarding shelf life and re‑certifications
Provide technical assistance internally and externally
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
2-3 years of experience in the food industry
Knowledge and experience in Sensory Science
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic math and science knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
How Would You Stand Out?
3-5 years of experience in the food industry
1-3 years in a sensory evaluation role
Experience with SAP
Strong sensory skills with prior experience evaluating raw materials and finished products

$68,400 - $85,500
