Base Pay Range $17.00/hr – $24.00/hr

Responsibilities

Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.

Provides member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and helping locate merchandise.

Maintains self‑checkout area, resolves member issues and concerns, promotes Sam’s Club products and services, provides guidance and support regarding self‑service technology, processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies and procedures, and assists members with transactions using the self‑checkout area.

Assists with securing and safeguarding Sam’s Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity per company policies and procedures, maintaining paperwork logs and other required documentation, executing emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with company security and safety practices.

Assists with training Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures, teaches new technology and tool functionality, delivers new program rollout training, and provides continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying them in business processes and practices.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities while adapting to change and learning from feedback.

Minimum Qualifications Customer Service, Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register), and experience working with mobile retail applications.

Preferred Qualifications Additional Compensation Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
