Supply Chain Global Planning Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the supply chain Planning Team to understand reporting requirements and data needs.
Utilize data from various sources, including SAP & APO, databases, and spreadsheets, to create accurate and insightful supply chain reports.
Develop and maintain a suite of standardized and ad‑hoc reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to capacity utilization, demand, and inventory.
Identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis, and present findings to the Planning Team in a clear and concise manner.
Work to automate reporting processes where possible, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
Assist in developing new reporting methodologies and visualizations to enhance data‑driven decision‑making.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across relevant systems.
Provide training and guidance to team members on using reporting tools and interpreting data.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in reporting and analytics within the supply chain field.
Actively participate in cross‑functional meetings to share insights, contribute to discussions, and align reporting efforts with strategic goals.
Other duties as required to support the Global Supply Chain strategy (e.g., Replenishment and Allocation).
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Positive, enthusiastic attitude and hungry to continuously learn and grow within a dynamic team.
Proven experience as a supply chain analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Familiarity with Kinaxis, SAP, or other ERP systems and databases, with the ability to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to the Planning Team.
Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple reporting requests and deadlines.
Education, Certifications & Licenses
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university preferred.
Combination of relative education and/or certification with equivalent work experience of 3-5 years in Supply Chain or Financial Reporting Analytics.
