Job Details Job ID: 91074 Location: St. Paul Telework Eligible: Yes Full/Part Time: Full-Time Salary Range: $26.43 - $38.55 hourly; $55,185 - $80,492 annually
Responsibilities Enhance internal capacity and performance through strategic training, streamlined communications, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives. Lead survey design and analysis to inform continuous improvement efforts. Support staff development and promote organizational learning.
Minimum Qualifications Two years of professional experience demonstrating curriculum development and adult learner instruction. Experience designing surveys, conducting evaluations, and providing recommendations for improvements. Experience using Microsoft Office and SharePoint to create reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications Experience developing and maintaining platforms for consistent, accessible program information. Experience planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects and deadlines. Experience applying organizational development and change management strategies. Advanced experience using Microsoft Office and visualization tools for dashboards and progress tracking.
Additional Requirements Successful candidate must pass background investigation, including reference checks and criminal history check.
