Opportunity We are looking for a full-time Business Developer to join our high-performance team. Your primary objective will be to increase our Managed Services revenue by generating new and profitable opportunities - from qualified lead to prospect to client. You will manage incoming leads, generate original leads, network with industry/trade associations, create referral relationships, and evangelize the unique value proposition of Dynamic Edge.
This position will reside in either Ann Arbor, MI, or Nashville, TN. A fully remote position will be considered for the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
Offer Dynamic Edge solutions to small and medium businesses, translating tech concepts into common business language easily comprehended by C-suite decision makers
Qualify incoming leads in collaboration with sales/marketing
Generate original leads through prospecting, market research, and networking
Manage activities in our CRM according to established processes
Report metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Requirements
5+ years of demonstrated business-to-business sales/consulting experience
Experience with a professional CRM system
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Teams
Ability to work under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and a sense of humor
Degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience
Desired Skills
5+ years of demonstrated technology sales/consulting experience
3+ years of Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, managed services, and cybersecurity
