GPAC is collaborating with a prominent farm operation in Northwest Kansas that is seeking a Farm Operations Manager to join their third‑generation, 100% no‑till farm. The farm produces a diverse range of crops and is located in a small‑town community with convenient access to local shopping, entertainment, and a strong school system. Responsibilities
As a Farm Operations Manager, you will oversee the efficient and effective management of the farm. Your duties will involve supervising the crew, providing direction and guidance, managing equipment logistics, coordinating maintenance, and supervising planting and harvesting activities. Your expertise in grain storage, input purchasing, and crop sales will be highly valued, along with your strong understanding of farm technology and its integration into equipment. Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Farm Operations Management Familiarity with row crops is highly preferred This role offers base comp between $75K-$110K based on experience This includes housing and basic utilities, 100% paid health insurance for the employee, paid time off, and potential for a year‑end bonus (total comp potential $100‑$150K) The farm boasts a high‑tech environment, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals with a thorough understanding of equipment technology Compensation and Benefits
