Job Overview We’re hiring a Fraud Prevention Analyst to identify, analyze, and prevent fraudulent activity across customer accounts and transactions. You’ll monitor high-risk patterns, investigate suspicious behavior, and help strengthen fraud controls.

Responsibilities

Review flagged transactions, accounts, and activity logs.

Analyze behavior patterns to detect fraud attempts.

Document suspected fraud cases and elevate as needed.

Assist in improving fraud detection rules and workflows.

Collaborate with compliance, risk, and customer service teams.

Prepare reports summarizing fraud incidents and trends.

Requirements

Strong analytical and investigative skills.

Ability to identify patterns in large datasets.

Experience with Excel; risk or fraud tools a plus.

Good decision‑making and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
