Operations Manager – All Ways Caring HomeCare Location: Raleigh, NC On-site position Job Type: Full‑time Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior level

Overview An Operations Manager will oversee the overall operation of an All Ways Caring HomeCare branch. The role includes managing sales and service delivery to meet financial targets, building relationships with key clients and community leaders, continuously improving processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Administration/Finance

– Manage Quality Management System initiatives, assess risks and costs, analyze monthly financial statements, implement profitability strategies, manage operating expenses (P&L responsibility), and develop and execute the branch’s annual business plan.

Service Management

– Monitor client service delivery, optimize utilization, maintain strong relationships with referral partners and payors, manage on‑call schedule as needed.

Sales and Marketing



Manage sales processes, territory, recruiting, campaigns, lead generation, cold and canvass calls, appointment setting, proposal creation, pricing models, and client presentations.

Participate in personal care sales programs, contests, and meetings; maintain product knowledge; capitalize on labor/business issues to grow market share.

Ensure sales targets are met, maintain awareness of competitor strengths and HomeCare positioning, and manage territory for efficient strategy.

Execute the branch’s annual business plan.

Talent Management

– Select, train, and develop staff; set performance expectations, coach, and recognize achievements; lead service team in unemployment and workers’ compensation claim management.

Qualifications

1+ years of supervisory experience.

1+ years of sales or marketing experience in Health Care or a related setting (preferred).

Experience managing systems, processes, and people.

Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels.

Ability to expand and build business relationships.

Excellent problem‑solving skills for client and employee issues.

Flexible work schedule, including after hours as needed.

BS Degree preferred (business, nursing, social services, or related field) but not required with equivalent experience.

Salary Range USD $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 / Year
