Overview The Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is integral to the success of Amazon worldwide. The Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) will lead a team of Maintenance Managers, drive continuous improvement in the Merch RME process, and champion advanced manufacturing technology and automation.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Managers, delivering high performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Merch RME process.

Adopt and implement advanced manufacturing technology and automation.

Manage risks, minimize system downtime, and promote sustainable practices.

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of employee and performance management experience.

5+ years of distribution or manufacturing field with equivalent mechanical or electrical field experience.

7+ years of facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management experience.

Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.

Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in design review process to incorporate electrical, mechanical, automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards.

Experience in automated conveyors systems and controls, electrical and electronic principles, blueprint and electrical schematic reading, CMMS programs, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, industrial electronics.

2+ years of leadership experience in the Merch Business unit.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $111,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $183,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
