What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as the primary support person for Inventory Supply Analysts, researching vendor product availability and investigating carrier status
Update supplier backorder and cancellation details while managing location (DC) mailboxes
Create Off Cycle Vendor POs and Interbranch POs for the Active At‑Risk team
Follow up on issues sent to the Inventory Control team, escalating recurring supplier problems
Review Salesforce application cases daily to provide information for customer backorder reports
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 0‑2 years of Inventory Supply experience or a relevant combination of education and experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at various organizational levels
Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office applications, including data visualization tools (Power BI)
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, constantly changing team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
Demonstrated experience dealing with large, demanding customers with complex distribution networks
Proven ability to develop relationships with both internal and external customers
Strong multi‑tasking skills and results orientation
Ability to think strategically while executing day‑to‑day operations
