As a Private Client Advisor, you will acquire new clients, deepen client relationships, and build upon an internal and external network to achieve business development goals. You will lead the Client Management Process and partner across the enterprise to provide a branded client experience, ensuring client retention and compliance with SAFE Act registration requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Client Process Management Process within the client team to identify new business development opportunities.

Source new clients in alignment with the bank’s risk appetite.

Lead the client team to deliver meaningful interactions and a branded client experience.

Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy.

Advocate for clients and prospects as trusted advisors, providing integrated recommendations including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management.

Encourage use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience.

Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience or a bachelor’s degree.

Driving new business development for target client segments ($3MM++ investable assets).

Holistic client presentation leveraging the entire Private Bank platform.

Client‑focused interpersonal skills and leadership ability.

Strong influencing, negotiation, and sales aptitude.

Ability to collaborate with team specialists and close business.

Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) licenses required; unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days.

Desired Qualifications

MBA or post‑graduate degree.

CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD.
