General Information With Premium, you’ll ensure client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability and executing retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?
Locate merchandise in backroom to place on the floor.
Stock, pack out, and front‑face products to ensure shelves look best.
Receive and bring marketing/promotional materials to the store.
Install promotional materials as instructed.
Build displays to showcase client products.
Answer questions via Premium’s field technology on mobile.
Take photos of completed work.
Represent Premium and clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
Collaborate with Walmart store management, associates, and Premium team.
Communicate with direct manager via email, phone, text.
How will you succeed?
Own and be the face of Premium at Walmart stores.
Work independently while being part of the Walmart family.
Communicate effectively with associates and managers.
Leverage support and best practices in our nationwide network.
Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for help.
Complete work within time frame and report same day.
Follow detailed instructions.
Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Tools & Requirements
Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
Smartphone with data/internet to upload photos and reports.
Compensation Range
Range Minimum: $14.00
Range Maximum: $14.00
