DigiFlight, Inc., a fast‑growing Government contractor in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Mid‑to‑Senior Level Product Office Operations Cell Analyst to support an active Army Aviation contract at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The analyst will directly support the International Project Office by performing planning, programmatic, financial management, and/or budgetary activities. This position is the nucleus of an Ops Cell at the Product Office level. The Analyst will be responsible to the Project Manager to accept, track, and prepare responses to the increased number of taskers received in several different data bases. The overall goal is to coordinate within the respective Product Office and functional Division, as required, to prepare responses and staff actions.
This position requires working and interfacing directly with other analysts and engineers across all offices and divisions in the Program Office, and with Department of the Army and Program Executive Office contacts for taskers, execution reviews, and other leadership meetings as required.
Minimum qualifications
Minimum of 13 years of relevant experience and familiarity Familiarity with and understanding of how Army staff work is coordinated and approved, how the staffing channels work, and how taskers are handled Preferred qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Liberal Arts or a related field Strong familiarity with Army program office processes and PEO Aviation database operations Experience with the technical aspects of Army programs, particularly regarding procedures, analysis, operations, and support activities Required skills
Demonstrated ability to independently act as a consultant, set priorities, organize tasks, monitor assignments, and ensure completion of assigned work Strong capability operating Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Position details
