Job Description Project Manager for highway and bridge construction projects, responsible for project P&L, safety, personnel management, and client communication.
Responsibilities
Maintain a “Safety First” attitude and positive communication with clients.
Supervise, manage, and direct personnel selection, training, development, and work assignments.
Plan and execute projects according to specifications, budgets, and schedules, resolving conflicts proactively.
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and daily field activities to ensure project progression.
Provide leadership through example, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of three years managing construction projects over $50 M.
Proficiency in Primavera 6 CPM, MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
