Fleet Procurement & Lifecycle Management Lead the acquisition and disposal of fleet vehicles in line with company needs and budget. Negotiate with vendors, leasing companies, and manufacturers for best terms. Manage registration, licensing, insurance, and compliance documentation. Track warranties, recalls, and coordinate repairs or replacements. Fleet Data Management Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, usage, maintenance, and costs. Implement and manage fleet management software (e.g., Fleetio). Analyze fleet performance data to optimize utilization, reduce costs, and improve safety. Prepare regular reports for leadership on fleet KPIs, trends, and recommendations. Uniform Management Oversee procurement and distribution of uniforms for fleet personnel. Ensure compliance with company branding, safety, and regulatory standards. Maintain inventory records and manage uniform lifecycle (ordering, replacement, retirement). Tool & Tooling Procurement/Management Source, purchase, and track tools and equipment required for fleet operations and maintenance. Maintain tooling inventory lists and ensure tools are available, calibrated, and in good condition. Develop and enforce policies for tool issuance, return, and loss prevention. Coordinate with field teams for tooling needs and onboarding. Budgeting & Cost Control Develop and manage fleet budgets, including vehicles, uniforms, and tooling. Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement process improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Operations, HR, Finance, and field teams to align fleet strategy with business goals. Serve as primary point of contact for fleet‑related issues and escalations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred). 3+ years experience in fleet management, procurement, or logistics. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills. Proficiency with fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities. Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and other relevant regulations. Benefits
