About the role
We’re seeking a detail driven
Integration Project Manager
to coordinate timelines, scope, risks, and stakeholders across multiple workstreams. You’ll partner with cross functional teams to keep deliverables on track, drive stand ups, maintain plans and RAID logs, and communicate progress in a crisp, executive ready way.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain lightweight project artifacts (charter, schedule, RAID, RACI, status reports).
Run agile style ceremonies or phase gate reviews.
Track scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks; escape early with data‑backed recommendations.
Coordinate dependencies across teams and remove blockers quickly.
Own stakeholder comms—dashboards, decks, and weekly status updates.
Drive continuous improvement—retrospectives and lessons learned.
Must have qualifications
Active PMP certification (required) .
3–5+ years of project coordination/management experience.
Proficiency with MS Project or Smartsheet, plus Jira/Confluence; strong Excel/PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to leadership.
Ability to work
hybrid
onsite on a set cadence.
