SAIC is looking for a

Workflow Manager

with an active

TS/SCI

clearance to support the Special Access Program Central Office (SAPCO). The role demands exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to manage high‑level correspondence and workflow in a dynamic, high‑pressure setting. The ideal candidate will ensure effective management, accurate tracking, and timely delivery of correspondence and tasks in compliance with established protocols and deadlines.

This position is 100% onsite 5 days a week at the Pentagon.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor CATMS and other R&E databases to ensure timely task completion.

Oversee the Senior SAP Working Group Task tracker, updating task statuses as required.

Communicate senior leader decisions via signed correspondence; ensure document quality and prioritize tasks.

Draft and review documents for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and proper routing; manage correspondence systems and classified documents; handle special correspondence and provide customer service, including managing mail and visitor passes.

Maintain and manage office files, ensuring accessibility of historical documents.

Develop and maintain records management policies; support compliance with federal laws and agency regulations; assist R&E's transition to electronic records management.

Stay informed on records management industry changes; support agency data requests and distribute documents.

Assist in overseeing correspondence activities and statuses; distribute documents and determine required actions; develop training and improve processes; manage customer service kiosk and respond to inquiries.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 8 years of relevant experience. Military or industry experience may substitute for educational requirements.

Proven experience providing timely, high-quality support to Executive‑level Principals in a complex, fast‑paced environment, involving critical thinking, initiative, problem‑solving, and professional judgment.

Proficiency in correspondence management and coordination support.

Experience supporting Senior Executives in government, military (DoD Flag/General Officers), or private sector roles.

U.S. citizenship.

Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Desired Qualifications

Background in National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).

Recent ICD704 eligibility (within the last 5 years).

Experience in Government Accountability Office (GAO), Inspector General (IG), or similar inter‑government investigation and reporting roles.

Knowledge of the R&E organization to manage and track task completion within deadlines.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, manage priorities, and handle sensitive information; capability to support high-level officials including the Secretary of Defense, Deputy Secretary of Defense, Military Departments, Joint Staff, Defense Agencies, and Congress.
