Responsibilities

Supervise and organize robotized line team activities according to production plan.

Maintain expected productivity level of the robotized line, anticipating and limiting downtimes.

Report on the results in the case of technical events observed during the activity.

Follow up on Robot line KPIs and continuously challenge the team on meeting set targets.

Train and integrate new employees.

Ensure proper filling and controls traceability documents.

Ensure highest level of hygiene and comply with Food Safety rules.

Maintain the Robot line in good working order and cleanliness.

Maintenance

Covering all the technical services of industrial maintenance but also small DIY in compliance with safety rules.

Detect breakdowns or malfunctions and ensure preventive, curative and minor maintenance according to a schedule that will be defined and respond to the various requests for exceptional intervention.

Draw up intervention reports and inform your manager in the event of an anomaly.

As a privileged interlocutor for field operations, you will ensure the improvement and optimization of installations in compliance with safety rules.

Monitoring of work and expenses in order to guarantee an economic and financial balance.

Determine the appropriate precautionary measures in the event of a malfunction of the installations.

Accompany the control bodies/companies involved during regulatory visits or works.

Planning and scheduling repairs from maintenance schedules provided.

Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.

Carry out inventory on tools and spare parts to ensure the smooth running of the activity.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Update technical documentation and manuals as needed.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Be comfortable using connected tools (Tablets, CMMS, etc.)

At least 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance technician role in a production and/or industrial environment.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

Be a jack‑of‑all‑trades, within-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, hydraulic systems, and basic tools and appliances.

Ability to demonstrate and apply mechanical aptitude; basic ability to read blueprints, equipment specifications and installation instructions.

Must be able to work in a cold environment for long periods of time.

Adaptability and flexibility required for the position (ability to work on weekends and overnight).

Capacity to lead and train people, to transfer your knowledge.
