Project Managers at multiple experience levels
to support large-scale electric utility and infrastructure projects. These roles offer the opportunity to lead complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to critical energy initiatives that impact communities and long-term infrastructure. Project Manager (Entry to Mid-Level | ~5+ Years Experience) Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of electric utility projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget Collaborate with clients, engineers, field teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements Develop and manage detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk Establish, track, and report on project budgets, costs, and performance metrics Allocate and manage project resources including personnel, equipment, and materials Monitor project progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions Lead project kick-off meetings, progress updates, and closeout sessions Identify, manage, and mitigate technical, schedule, and budget risks Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards Oversee project documentation including drawings, specifications, reports, and change orders Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely material and equipment delivery Support commissioning and testing activities to confirm operational readiness Provide technical input on engineering and design challenges as they arise Maintain accurate project records and reporting for clients and leadership Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Master’s degree a plus) Minimum
5 years of project management experience
in the electric utility or related infrastructure industry PMP certification preferred Strong understanding of electrical systems and utility infrastructure Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Nuclear power plant experience is a plus Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex, high-impact utility projects Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource optimization at a program or portfolio level Define and manage project scope, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with organizational objectives Develop and execute advanced risk management strategies Monitor and control project performance, ensuring accurate documentation and executive-level reporting Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations across multiple functional groups Apply advanced project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices Mentor, coach, and develop project managers and project teams Serve as a trusted advisor on project delivery, governance, and best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field 10+ years of project management experience
delivering complex utility or infrastructure projects PMP certification
required
