The
Inventory Specialist
plays a pivotal role in supporting our client fulfillment operations at our Dubuque Warehouse. Assisting in planning and directing team members, you will help meet daily inventory replenishment demands.
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:30 am – 3:30 pm.
Hourly Rate:
$18.50 per hour.
Location:
Dubuque, Wisconsin, warehouse.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish inventory as needed.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of automotive parts.
Perform regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Work closely with the purchasing team to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonality.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize inventory storage and organization.
Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements and other related metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes and implement solutions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management is a plus.
Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive industry.
Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
Knowledge of domestic and European automotive parts is a plus.
Maintain and promote workplace safety.
Secure and transfer cash or other assets.
