is a dynamic organization in the golf industry, combining GOLFTEC and SkyTrak. We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join our headquarters in Englewood, CO, responsible for managing the upkeep of over 180 locations across the United States.
Compensation Base pay range:
$60,000 – $70,000 per year.
Bonus:
annual bonus percentage based on performance.
Location On‑site at GOLFTEC's Headquarters, Englewood, CO.
Position Summary The Facilities Manager will oversee maintenance and repair operations for our facilities nationwide, coordinating with internal ticketing systems and external vendors, while ensuring quality and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related service requests, coordinating timely repairs and maintenance through internal resources or external vendors.
Negotiate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance items within our 2500‑3000 sq ft facilities to improve efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
Communicate effectively with internal departments, exterior staff, vendors, and contractors to complete projects.
Ensure effective cross‑functional team coordination and communication within and outside the team.
Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, measuring progress, and adjusting accordingly.
Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives to ensure business needs are met.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible, hands‑on attitude with a desire to work in a fast‑paced environment for a growing company.
Demonstrated prioritization skills.
Budget‑minded with strong negotiation skills.
Computer proficiency using Microsoft Suite.
Capability to make minor repairs to facilities.
Construction knowledge.
Ability to diagnose minor problems through communication with on‑site staff.
Passion for golf is a plus.
