HR Systems Tech Lead - Talent Development We are seeking a Technical Lead with deep expertise in technical solution design and enterprise integrations to lead a transformative HR technology initiative. This role will drive the implementation of a cutting‑edge tool for talent development, performance management, and workforce planning, ensuring seamless integration with ServiceNow and Workday as the system of record. The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with an understanding of HR functional processes, enabling technology solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Hybrid Role (in office Tues‑Wed‑Thurs)

can be based in either Charlotte, NC, or Malvern, PA (HQ).

Responsibilities

Lead Technical Solution Design: Architect and implement scalable solutions that integrate with HR systems and support talent development initiatives

Drive AI Innovation: Apply AI and machine learning capabilities to optimize HR workflows and enhance workforce planning.

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR leaders and cross‑functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Platform Architecture & Integration: Design and deploy enterprise‑grade platforms leveraging AWS, Bedrock, and other modern technologies

BOAT Process Expertise: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance throughout solution delivery

Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency

Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning

Qualifications & Experience Minimum 8+ years of relevant technical experience in enterprise environments

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven track record in HR technology implementations or strong HR functional knowledge in areas such as Talent Acquisition & Talent Development.
