Role Overview Intramotev is seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain Operations Lead with at least five years of experience to own the flow of materials for our autonomous rail vehicles. This full‑lifecycle role bridges the gap between strategy and execution, from negotiating vendor agreements one hour to managing internal material flow on the factory floor the next. You will own the entire Procure‑to‑Pay process within our Odoo ERP system, ensuring that engineering and production teams have exactly what they need, when they need it.
Key Responsibilities

Tactical Buying: Execute daily purchasing activities, including issuing Purchase Orders, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery delays.
Internal Material Management: Oversee the physical flow of materials inside the factory, from receiving and quality inspection to inventory storage and line‑side delivery.
ERP Management: Act as the primary owner of supply chain transactions within Odoo ERP; ensure accurate data entry for inventory levels, bill of materials costs, and vendor details.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work directly with Engineering to anticipate long‑lead items and with Production to ensure inventory levels support build schedules.
Process Improvement: Develop and document processes for inventory control (cycle counts, scrap tracking) and supplier performance evaluation.
Team Dynamics
Work within dynamic teams on diverse projects, typically ranging from small (1‑2 members) to medium (3‑6 members).
Foster excellent interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Adapt to evolving project objectives and requirements.
Engage in occasional domestic travel to support supplier engagement and integration activities.
