Landscaping Team Leader
to join our crew and help us deliver top-notch service.
Position Overview: As the Landscaping Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for managing daily on-site operations, overseeing crew members, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to our quality standards. You’ll work hands-on with the team, using a variety of landscaping tools and equipment, and play a key role in training and motivating crew members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of landscaping crew members on residential and commercial job sites
Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites
Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure job expectations are met
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Occasionally work weekends as needed during peak seasons
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
(CDL not required, but a plus)
Reliable transportation
to our shop location in Gallatin, TN
Team player
with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Willingness to work an
occasional weekend
Familiarity with a wide range of
landscaping tools and equipment
Experience driving and backing up
trucks and trailers
Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Pay: $20 to $23 per hour , depending on experience
