The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is a no-fee program to assist men & women in completing our rehabilitation program. We are grateful for the contributions of our valued employees toward the maintenance and effectiveness of the programs.

Responsibilities
Ensuring customers and donors receive a genuine greeting and prompt, courteous assistance.
Stocking priced items and merchandising on the sales floor.
Maintaining the store and donation area; performing cleaning duties as assigned.
Following POS/cash register policies per TSA procedures.
Maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Attending required monthly store meetings.
Receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
Inspecting products for defects and damages for quality assurance.
Assisting donors with removal of donated items from vehicles and providing receipts.
Separating and sorting donated material into proper containers and stacking as instructed.
Performing other written and/or verbal duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
High School diploma/GED preferred.
Accurately handling POS/cash register operations and cash transactions.
Passing a background check, including criminal history and sex offender registry.
Communicating effectively with management, employees, customers, and donors.
Physical Demands
Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks, hand trucks, and miscellaneous carts.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Schedule Our stores operate 7 days per week. Employees must be flexible to always ensure adequate store coverage. Part‑time associates may be scheduled for any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
